Description:

This single-cavity injection mold is customized for manufacturing heavy-duty PE plastic pallets with finished product dimensions of 1200mm×1100mm×150mm. The pallet adopts a dense reinforcing rib structure to enhance overall structural strength and load-bearing performance, which requires stable melt flow, uniform cooling and smooth demolding during mass production.

The overall mold dimension is approximately 1650mm×1550mm with a total mold thickness of 600mm to 750mm. The cavity and core are made of high-quality 718H pre-hardened steel with hardness HRC 33–38. Key positions including gates and rib surfaces are treated with nitriding to maintain smooth molding surfaces, resist long-term friction and ensure a stable mold service life of 300,000 to 500,000 shots. The mold base uses thickened S50C steel to effectively avoid deformation under long-term clamping pressure.

Full closed-loop cooling channels are evenly arranged inside the mold, covering all thick walls and rib areas, which greatly improves cooling efficiency, effectively reduces shrinkage and warpage commonly seen in PE materials, and shortens the molding cycle. Equipped with a multi-point balanced ejection system, the mold ensures stable and automatic demolding without product bending or cracking.
This mold is professionally designed to match a 2500-ton injection molding machine. Since PE material requires low injection pressure, the 2500T clamping force provides sufficient safety margin to prevent flash and ensure stable continuous mass production.
